Christ is my desire.

Christ is my delight.

Christ is my Lord.

With God I’m alright.

Anger has ceased.

Wrath is forsaken.

Jesus is Lord.

His cross I’ve taken.

Patiently I wait.

For nothing I fret.

Jesus is Lord.

His peace I get.


The meek shall inherit the earth,

And shall delight themselves

in the abundance of peace.
