Will you wave a palm
And let your voice raise
As you remember Christ
And consider his last days?
Will you walk with him
Into the house of prayer
And have him throughly cleanse
All that he finds there?
Will you join the children
Whom God ordained to praise
To sing with a perfect heart
About His glorious ways?
Will you have him King
Who comes in God’s name
To serve him all your days
And by faith salvation claim?
Then let his gracious words
Fall upon your open ear
On this palm Sunday day
And to Jesus Christ draw near.
