We’re depending upon God
To keep us day by day.
In each cell he has a code
To renew us along the way.
We know the clock is winding down
When little faults we see.
It’s apparent to folks around
We’re not what we used to be.
Though outwardly we’re perishing
In the spirit we’re renewed.
God adds to us daily.
A new likeness we’ve accrued.
